| 风景名胜区作为自然保护地体系的一员，已存在数千年，总结了风景名胜区的历史基因、当代特征和新时代重要作用，以传承历史、面向未来的眼光，明确了风景名胜区是新时代最具中国特色的自然保护地的定位，在自然保护地体系中应以生态保护下的展示利用作为其优先管理目标，构建以国家公园为主体、自然保护区为基础、风景名胜区为特色、各类自然公园为补充的自然保护地体系。 |

| As a member of the nature reserve area system, scenic and historic areas have existed for thousands of years. This paper summarizes the historical genes, contemporary features and the important role of the new era. From the perspective of inheritance history and facing the future, it is clear that scenic and historic area are the most Chinese characteristic nature reserve area in the new era, and display and utilization under ecological protection should be its priority management goal in the nature reserve area system. Finally, a nature reserve area system with national parks as the main body, nature reserves as the basis, scenic and historic area as the characteristics and various natural parks as the supplement has been established. |
